Expected Format:

The spreadsheet should contain columns for packages and add-ons with the following fields:

Packages: name, slug, category, tier, description, monthly_price, quarterly_price, yearly_price, setup_fee, features, ideal_for

Add-ons: name, slug, type (order_bump/upsell), price, is_recurring, billing_interval, description, features
