This Policy does not replace a client’s privacy policy when we process information solely on that client’s behalf. In those situations, the client controls the information and Ignite acts as its service provider or processor. Requests concerning client-controlled information may be referred to that client.

3. Meta Platform Data

When a user or business authorizes an Ignite application to connect with Meta products, we may process the Meta Platform Data permitted by that authorization and approved for the application’s use cases. This may include:

We do not use Meta Platform Data to build or augment unrelated consumer profiles, and we do not sell Meta Platform Data. We disclose it only to the authorizing business, its approved users, service providers supporting the authorized purpose, or as required by law. Access is limited according to role and business need.

4. How we use information

We may use personal information to:

  • Respond to inquiries and provide requested consultations, proposals, services, and support.
  • Create, operate, secure, and improve websites, campaigns, CRM systems, integrations, and automations.

  • Process payments and administer contracts.
  • Send service communications and, where permitted, marketing communications.
  • Measure performance, understand usage, test features, and improve our services.
  • Maintain records of consent, instructions, approvals, and legal compliance.
  • Enforce agreements and protect our rights, users, clients, and the public.

We do not make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects about an individual solely through automated processing unless disclosed and permitted by law.

5. Cookies, analytics, and advertising

We may use cookies and similar technology provided by services such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Pixel, Meta Conversions API, CRM providers, and hosting or security vendors. These tools help operate the site, remember preferences, measure traffic, attribute conversions, and deliver or evaluate advertising.

Where required, non-essential advertising or analytics technology is controlled through our cookie preference tool. Some disclosures to advertising platforms may be considered “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising under certain state laws. You may exercise available choices at /privacy-choices. Where legally required and technically supported, we process a recognized Global Privacy Control signal as an opt-out request for the browser and device sending the signal.

6. How we disclose information

We may disclose information to:

  • Clients for whom we operate campaigns, websites, CRM systems, or integrations.
  • Hosting, security, analytics, advertising, communications, CRM, scheduling, payment, storage, and professional-service providers.
  • Meta, Google, GoHighLevel, Base44, and other platforms a client or user asks us to use.
  • A buyer, successor, lender, advisor, or other participant in a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets.
  • Government authorities, courts, regulators, or other parties when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights and safety.

We do not sell personal information for money. Certain advertising-technology disclosures may be treated as a “sale” or “sharing” under some state laws even when no money is paid. Where applicable, consumers may opt out through /privacy-choices.

7. Ignite as a service provider or processor

When Ignite processes personal information on behalf of a client, we:

  • Process the information according to the client’s documented instructions and applicable agreement.
  • Use it only to provide and improve the contracted services, maintain security, and meet legal obligations.
  • Apply access controls and require applicable vendors to protect it.
  • Assist the client with privacy requests when contractually required.
  • Return or delete client information at the end of the engagement subject to legal, security, backup, and recordkeeping requirements.

The client remains responsible for its notices, lawful collection, consent language, audience selection, contact practices, and instructions to Ignite.

8. Data retention

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including providing services, maintaining security, resolving disputes, and meeting legal, tax, accounting, platform, and contractual obligations. Retention varies by data type and context.

Unless a longer period is required or documented in a client agreement:

  • General website inquiries are ordinarily retained for up to 24 months after the last meaningful interaction.
  • Marketing preference and consent records may be retained for at least the applicable limitation period and as needed to honor opt-outs.
  • Client project and transaction records are ordinarily retained for the engagement plus seven years.
  • Technical and security logs are ordinarily retained for up to 24 months.
  • Meta Platform Data is retained only while needed for the authorized use case and is deleted or de-identified after authorization ends, subject to permitted legal and security exceptions.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed for the nature of the information we process. These may include role-based access, authentication controls, encryption in transit, vendor review, logging, backups, and incident-response procedures. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Do not send passwords, access tokens, payment-card data, government identifiers, medical information, or other sensitive information through a general contact form.

Authorized agents may submit requests where permitted by law. We will respond within the period required by applicable law.
